RETURN POLICY
First of all, we would like to apologise if the product that you ordered was not what you expected or hoped for. Please read the below instructions carefully so that once we have received the returned item, we can take the necessary steps towards the perfect solution.



1. Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped within 5 days (except for holidays). 1.1 Shipping Rates

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, that's why we divide them up into different shipping zones. Zone 1: The Netherlands Zone 2: Western Europe Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. Zone 3: Rest of Europe Aland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Republic of Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Switzerland, Turkey. Zone 4: Rest of the World _This includes any countries and regions not mentioned in the other shipping zones.

Shipping Time: 1-2 business days
Cost: €6 (free on orders over 75 euro)

Zone 2: Western Europe
Shipping: 4-7 business days
Cost: €10 (free on orders over 150 euro)

Zone 3: Rest of Europe
Shipping: 5-10 business days
Cost: €14

Zone 4: Rest of the World
Shipping: 8-15 business days
Cost: €20

Please note: Import duties and taxes might apply on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

1.2 Packaging

Please note we re-use packaging as much as we can to save our precious natural resources. At the same time we are aware of the value of the unboxing experience, so we try to wrap your order as lovely as possible.

2. Returns

Please contact Studio Stella Verdult before returning any items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached and spare buttons included. Custommade garments are not refundable.

Shipments do not include a return label and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

We will complete your return once the parcel has arrived at the address above. The estimated turn around time is 14 days from the day that we receive the returned goods.

2.1 Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Studio Stella Verdult is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

2.2 Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Studio Stella Verdult reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
